THE MUSICAL
YESHUA - The Musical tells the story of the birth of Jesus.
It does so by reserving a particular sensitivity towards the human and psychological aspects of the protagonists.
Let's find out together:

MIRIAM
Miriam's life is turned upside down by an unexpected, unnatural pregnancy, a pregnancy that, if on the one hand forces her to face doubts and weaknesses, on the other caresses her heart and strengthens her faith.

YOSEF
Yosef is a solid and balanced boy, whose certainties are demolished by the events that, one after the other, dominate him.
He goes from love to jealousy, from esteem to hatred, from accusations to excuses. Once the reality of the facts is understood and accepted, he takes care of Miriam and her baby, accompanying them, loving them and protecting them.

HEROD
Herod is a sick king, aware that he has come to the end of a long and troubled life. Consumed by paranoia, and by a sick love for the queen he himself murdered, he orders various massacres in which various people lose their lives: courtiers, slaves, Pharisees, his own children and, finally, the little Bethlehemites.
THE PEOPLE
The people of Israel are fed by two conflicting sentiments: on the one hand, the hatred for Herod, a king whom they see as a tyrant and an impostor. On the other hand, the hope of seeing David's heir, the shoot of Israel, sit on the throne of the Messiah.
To these protagonists are added many other characters: sages, angels, demons, prophets, princes, courtiers, traitors, soldiers.
